Friday, April 17*:

15:00 – 19:00 Registration of all guests (internal and external) at Radisson Blu Aurum Hotel

Brasov (no prices BUT try Booking.com (or other) and/or ARO Hotel Brasov per night 115€ single, 139€ Double/Twin 

19:00 – Meeting in front of ARO Hotel and departure to Bier Haus Pub & Restaurant (87 types

of beer)

19:15 – Welcome dinner – Bier Haus Pub & Restaurant

 

Saturday, April 18:

07:30 - 09:30: breakfast at the accommodation location

10:00 – 13:00 – Ritual Mark Outfit (ARO Hotel)

13:00 – 14:30 – Agapa at the Artegianale restaurant (Muresenilor)

14:30 – 15:30 – return to accommodation and preparation for visits to tourist attractions

15:30 – 18:30 – tour of the Historical Centre of Brasov with the following attractions – Black

Church,

Council Square, Prima Romanian School, Unirii Square.

 

Between 10:00 – 14:30 – Ladies will enjoy free time and shopping in the organised tou Castle Bran.

19:00 – Meeting in front of the ARO hotel, pick-up of guests in means of transport (coaches /

small cars) and transfer to Sânpetru

20:00 – Festive dinner organised at Dream Hill Sanpetru,

 

Sunday, April 19:

08:00 – 10:00 – Breakfast

10:00 – 12:00 – travel/participation in the Brasov Youth

12:00 – travel to Tampa by cable car

13:00 – 15:00 – Tampa/Panoramic program cost 30# Per Person

15:00 – 15:30 – travel to Harman

15:30 – 16:30 – Visit to the Hărman Fortified Evangelical Church

16:30 – 20:30 – late lunch/dinner M.K.1930 Hărman

Monday 210April**:

08:00 – 10:00 – Breakfast

10:00 – 12:00 – Free time at everyone’s disposal, preparation for departure

12:00 – check-out.
